Please HELP. Two years ago I did a 10 day water fast. Towards the last 9th and 10th days my legs got very heavy. I've lost about 50% of my streinght: For exemple:before the fast I could do 18 pull ups on a pull up bar,after 6-7 days into fast I could do just as many (I've lost streingt but I've also lost several
pounds of weight to pull up). But After the fast I could do only 7-8 pull ups.
After the fast I started to work out again. It took me 1 year to recover the streinght, but, two years later, I still have heavy legs, have hard time running and breathing.And I was an athlete in great shape!
Can any one be so kind and recommend a treatment?
By the way, one year after the first fast (that would be a year ago, I did another 10 day fast, but this time drinking home made lemonade with a little honey.
