I had a new kitten the other day. Bought some high quality kibbles, and as usual checked its contents.
added; Iodine, 3 mg per kilo.
So if this kitten eats 100 mg kibbles per day it gets 0,3 mg of iodine. The RDA for humans are 0,015 mg...
Hmm. So if I do the simple math; lets say this kitten is approx one kilo. I am 60 kilos. Adjusted for body weight I would get 18 mg of
Iodine daily. Just from kibbles.
What are the
Iodine contents for Corn Flakes, anyone? lol
