Dear Jordan can you help me.

I am 42 year old male based in UK,Before this I never ever had health issues.
Two years ago I was prescribed antibiotics for ear infection.
Ear infection reduced but feeling of ill health lasted till this day.
I had digestive issues,I saw doctor and I was prescribed antibiotic for hpyllori. My burning sensation in stomach went away.
I started getting white tongue and i did two week course of anti-fungal
then I took one tablet of mebendazole,thinking that maybe I might have parasites and my gas flared up again.
Now this gas puts pressure on heart,and sometimes I get stabbing pain,and this makes me anxious.
The mistake I made is I did not take any probiotics with my first dose of antibiotics.But i did take probiotics when i was treating myself for hpyllori.
I took Udos choice probiotics(60 CAPSULES).
I think I have become allergic to coffee and tea.
I hope you can help in diagnosing me.Right now as I write i feel spacy and bit week(had five km walk in the morning)If i have posted this in wrong place ,please point where should i post.
I am so frustrated because of bad health.
the symptoms right now are,gas,pressure on heart,pressure goes way when I burp,this gas symtoms flared up after taking just one dose of mebendazole(100mg boots brand),this tablet I took three weeks back.
Any help is appreciated.
