Conclusion:
Whilst I found Tony's claim of having energy through the roof to be partially true and not having hunger by day 3 to be entirely inaccurate (because I was craving for food every time I see a picture of one, even though it may because I have a voracious appetite), the biggest benefit I've seen was I was less drowsy and the lethargic feeling was gone.
My thinking was more focused and slowed down, compared to the fast paced thinking I've had earlier, which was hard to have a focused, deep thinking.
Biggest concern I had though was I started to get bright red lips starting day 3, usually a sign of dehydration, and dry mouth (which I usually don't get) when I woke up on day 5.
It seems counter-intuitive to get dehydrated while I'm super hydrating, but I know body always try to maintain equilibrium so it might be getting rid of water because of a sudden influx of one. I will have to check with my doctor on this.
I will restrict myself to an alkaline diet until I see my doctor who will be performing a blood analysis next week. It will be the ultimate test as tony said it should look round and plump.
I will follow up here so stay tuned!
