Hello to you, WF fans !
Just starting day 8.I dont want to jinx it, but so far this fast has been really easy on me. Usually, I would get fatique and the lovely black circles udner the eyes at this point of fasting. Didnt happen. I feel so relaxed, with clear mind, all the swelling -gone, no usual daily pains here and there. My skin is better. My joints, too. And,actually , I feel surpriselly energetic during the day.
I do see some cleansing started. For some reason, I think is mainly the liver this time around - few pretty obvious discharges of shalf. Hope to get everything out:) The night sleep is on/off, but this is something to be expected. The heavinest in my kidneys is disapearing gradually.
Have been thirsty more than usual this time,had a day that alsmost got to 3 litres. Never happened before and I dont what to make of it.
My question to you all, is: is it possible this WF to cleanse the body from where it was left of ,an year ago? I am trying to make sense of the progress .

This is a reply to # 2,004,668Cleansing is an ongoing process. As long as you are as clean or even cleaner than you were after your last fast, then this fast should be easier. Remember, Water Fasting is a useful tool when combined with a healthy lifestyle. It is not a way to compensate for constantly overwhelming the body with toxins.

I had done series of WF ( 14 day mostly ) between 2010 and 2011..then I had to take a little break till now :) Not really voluntary .However , I have never had problem dedicating myself to water, I have now seen the results of fasting and learn to enjoyed it...I am very hard core believer in WF and I follow re-feeding from A to Z. This experience had changed my life drastically and I am very gratefull for it . I did read and read and read ...Which made me even bigger believer :)
I was shooting at 10 days this time , but seems to be going really easy and I might go for my good ol'14 days.
My job wouldnt allow me more, unfortunatelly , but I am happy to be back

Hang in there , we all have been there...Are you drinking enough water ?
To answer you question, the way I got things figured out at the beginning...I would go to some of the members who post their answers all the time , most experienced and knowledgeable ( ChrisB1,Chiron, Mighty ,,,done it with so many more ) I am sure there would be many more , I havent been following latelly .
Just pick some of their posts and click on the name .WIll give you an option to go over their posts. Just start reading , reading , reading
