I know that because of the high emissivity of the patented solocarbon heathers in Sunlighten's products, that the temperature does not need to get extremely high. The higher the temperature does not equal more detoxification or better results. The higher temperature more than likely means that your body will sweat more water than anything else meaning that you are more likely to become dehydrated.

The sweat you will get in your Sunlighten will be more gel like and viscous because it is eliminating more toxins from the body.
