Dentist for cavitations in Melbourne...

Hi!
Can anybody recommend a dentist who is experienced in dealing with cavitations in Melbourne, Australia?
I had a wisdom tooth pulled out 20 years ago which had a long twisting root which did not show up on an x-ray.
I was in the chair forever as they drilled and drilled and then drilled the bone away also. I was anesthetised but it felt traumatic nonetheless.
Around this time I mysteriously developed testicle pain that incapacited me until I discovered homeopathy, two usless operations and six months later!

I think I may have quickly checked out the site but somehow missed the oral surgery part!
It is in Sydney, so if anybody still knows a dentist in Melbourne it would be good to hear from you!
If I have to travel interstate (or even not) I may look into an inexpensive place in Asia. Anybody know a cavitation dentist in Thailand???
ps Theory - I had my Amalgams taken out over a year ago now and have been chelating on and off. My old aching wisdom tooth site feels different and somehow like it is 'more' infected. I have no evidence for this but just a sense. Could it be that mercury in my gums had killed off the infection from spreading but now that is is chelated out the cavitation is getting worse????
