I used to be able to tolerate around 60mg of ALA, I am now on round 70, but can
only do 12mg of so of ALA or I can a virus on round....sore throat, aches, this kicks in around day 3...so frustrating, just as thought I was making progress this happens...I only do DSMA once a month for lead, because of yeast issues...
is this a common issue: to be able to tolerate high amounts of a ALA but then
only be able to handle a small amount ?
== Sorry I lost track of your discussion in FDC. It can get quite busy there.
== Sometimes if a person crashes their adrenals or something they will end up with lots of fatigue until they get support.
== Your issue is not common but as I reported in FDC, I know I have to be careful not to chelate while I'm starting to feel a cold coming on. If I continue to chelate it will blow up into a full blown cold that lasts a couple of weeks. I'm just getting over a chest cold that lasted two weeks--It started on my first day while on round. My parents both had the cold so I suppose I got it from them. I had to skip a round this past weekend and will have to skip this weekend as well.
== Do you have recent tests results--CBC, maybe CMP 14, throat culture?
== Are you getting normal amounts of zinc?
== Did you once have Lyme?
== Cutler has other tips for immune system in
Amalgam Illness. I don't recall the details but I think support for T Cells is involved due to Hg's effects.

I also take ACE for adrenals..plus lots of other stuff suggested by Cutler
thanks so much
