76 feeling shitty and a little fain...

i played golf today and during round felt shitty and faintly i did not have any Sugar tester with me however i did eat half a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and continued on and i did feel a little better. I shot a 74. However i hate the feeling i have. I went home right after golf and took my Sugar and it was 76 which is low for me. Could it be hypoglycemia and what can i do to help me feel better . thanks for replies- Re: 76 feeling shitty and a little ... natway

This is a reply to # 2,000,624Below 70 is considered "low," but it's not dangerous until it gets below 50 for men and 40 for women (according to what I read).
Read my thread below about Toxic Hunger and make sure it's not that, or else you could get yourself into a vicious cycle the rest of your life if you think it's true hypoglycemia and start eating the recommended high protein diet to remedy it, which is what actually CAUSES Toxic Hunger.
