I'm 54 and decided to drink cocoa powder instead of coffee,as i believed with all the minerals cocoa would be healthier.
I used to drink about 10 cups of coffee every morning.
So I began drinking cocoa,but soon found it was heavy(like sand with all the minerals) and I could only do about 3 cups a day.
After about a week I noticed,it was hard to pass a stool and getting harder,like passing rocks
This morning,I felt like I was going to have a hernia,anyway I nearly did (I think),but now Im on coffee a again.
What a bad lesson,and a warning for anyone else who has that bright (not) idea.
Its feeling like I strained a muscle,is that hernia or how would i know?
