This is a reply to # 1,994,004It is very interesting to go back more than 5 years ago.
I had a hard time finding his blog, it was called yoga,
urine and sungazin'. I did see the R but not the post.
It seems when he stopped posting he deleted several posts
according to what someone posted.

The article refers to urine as a salt substance. Does that mean it contains salts even if (like mine) it doesn't taste salty?
An herbalist told me to drink salt water in the morning. I did it for a while, but I've been feeling that drinking my morning pee is enough.
