I would of described myself in that same situation for two years up until a few months ago. I imagine you are in 3C, as Klaus said, stage 4 you would be on hormone replacements in the hospital with possible Addisons diesease.
No amount of supplements helped unlock me, but my advice would be start a gentle nuitrition plan with Liposomal Vitamin C, Pantethine and Lipsomal Glutithione to support yourself, and go to a balanced diet (look for Dr Wilsons Nutritional Balancing diet - I fluctuate between that and a raw food as I feel better eating raw, but you can become overloaded with nutrients and have to back off). No sugar, no caffiene, try to avoid plastic carbs like white bread, pasta etc..no alcohol, and try to avoid sexua| activity.
Forget excercise at all counts, and concentrate on calming your body down through yoga and meditation. If the anxiety and insomnia is awful, its not a bad thing to take an anti-depressant (try to avoid benzos unless its absolutely hell and stick to mild one like valium if you do). I found Trazadone to be the best one, keeps mood stable, does help with sleep....but everyone is different so you might need one that suits you. Try Melatonin before any pharmaceuticals, may help, takes a little playing around with dosage, and go with a time release one if your problem is waking up in the night.
