anyone else get it?? its really weird i was wondering if anybody else gets it??? its like this white gooey sloath. and its not there when i go to bed but in the morning it builds up its only on the inner part of my bottom lip and it just falls off when i brush my teeth very bizzare!- Re: white gunk build up in the morni... It's weird, my EC used to go pretty deep inside my bottom lip, but now it's doesn't go as deep. I couldn't tell you how it happened but I don't really get the white gunk anymore.

last week i saw that proff.he told me i should apply blistex every hour to protect my lips .

This is a reply to # 1,989,941I too get gunk on my lips in the morning. I wonder if this stuff is mucus, the gooey stuff found throughout the inner body? It's used by the body to fight microorganisms sometimes, but if there's a lot of it being produced it can become a breeding ground for them too. Maybe it is just saliva or whatever, but there are mucus membranes in the lips and it might be worth asking doctors. Mucus wikipedia: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mucus
