This is a reply to # 1,989,358I'm surprised of the people who post in your blog, it seems pretty active, without considering they are same posters than here.
By the way, by glancing comments, I hit on a report case I had already seen about the 'Calendula officicinalis L' http://www.biomedcentral.com/content/pdf/1757-1626-2-9077.pdf
which looked like interesting but one thing bothered me : are the pics photoshoped..?
They are exactly the same, same position of the mouth, same shade, same shaving, in brief, the exactly same pics except the EC area, that's strange, but I don't know why a case would be falsified.
Anyway!

Haha your right, the pictures are VERY similar.
But I dont know if its photo shopped. If it were just some online photo I would have an easier time thinking its photo shopped, but its from a published medical journal.
A journal like this could have severe consequences if they included photo shopped pics in their cases.
The REAL question is, have we read of anyone else who has tried this Calendula officinalis 10%?
This case is from 2009 so I find it hard to believe no one has tried it. But it seems interesting. I guess its just another treatment I can add to the list.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,989,369Hi - we had a Naturopath prescribe a calendula ointment - my son used it for quite awhile - no noticeable difference. It seems like I read on the forum awhile back that that study was fake - but I don't know why someone would do that. May work for some people - did not make a change for my son - not sure if it was 10% though?

This is a reply to # 1,989,417I think it's impossible that those photos weren't photoshopped. Many people tried calendula without luck, though the researchers claimed via email that they used a Brazilian subspecies of calendula which made it more effective. I can confirm that organic olive oil infused with calendula did not make my condition worse after months of use, during which time my lips showed slight improvement (not sure if there's a link there or not), and was one of the least visible natural topicals I ever used.

Are you still using Hyaluronic Acid?
If so what is yours called? Is it prescription?
I talked to my original derm. who is a family friend, and she used to be the best derm in my city (until she moved).
She is the one who says she has seen this before, and still TRULY believes it is trauma induced. So she wants me to start using Hyaluronic Acid and will call me in a prescription when Im done with Imiquimod.
