"If the candida colonies dying off cause bad symptoms, wouldn't they do that without taking any supplements to try to kill them off?"
It is possible to reach the die-off point without any supplements. For example a 100% greens diet will achieve this due to its alkalinizing effect as well as starving the candida near death.
"Seems like only people complain about die-off are those who have been taking products that kill off candida."
Well, most of the complaints are of this nature. And for the longest time I have been trying to tell these people that they are not actually killing the colonies, just provoking them into releasing poisons to stop the host from doing what they are doing. What doesn't kill candida will only make it stronger. So be careful when using second-rate protocols like standard "candida diet" and "antifungals". You need intensity to kill candida.
"I'm only asking out of concern because it seems like most people who start asking if what they are experiencing is die-off don't really seem to get better weeks or months after."
Yea a lot of that is not real die-off. It is the candida betting irritated and poisoning them. It FEELS like a form of die-off because the mycotoxins are so damn strong. BUT the HUGE dose of poison that gets released when a colony TRULY DIES OFF is much, much worse than what they are reporting. Ray felt like he was going to die, as an example. That is not an exaggeration, that is severe poisoning. You have to go through this phase. There is no alternative if you have fungal colonies in your gut.
"It's seems to be working for Ray and don't won't to discourage something that seems to be working for him, but just adding caution to the wind."
I doubt anything can discourage him at this point. Once you find what works and start killing those colonies, you are imbued with tremendous courage and will power. You see the light and know that a cure is POSSIBLE.
