Are u taking boron to remove fluoride?
If u have amalgam fillings, don't use hydrogen peroxide in your mouth.
If I don't have my homemade tooth powder, I use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide instead of tooth paste.
You can try using canning and pickling salt to swish very roughly in your mouth between gums and teeth and this closes up pockets.
I have never seen an issue with gums, but maybe someone else can chime in.
Boron is used to move fluoride out of the body as one benefit, but iodine will eventually move it out.
It just takes time depending on the dose.
Gum disease is related to thyroid function which is influenced by bromide and fluoride which compete for iodine receptor sites.

Mercury spews out either way, but there is more than mercury in amalgams.
