ACV internally and externally mixed with Aztec Clay (bentonite clay) 40 minutes on. It will dry like a clay mask. I used on my bum and two armpit lesions. I also had a small one my sack, because of the intense heat but the addition of ACV internally got rid of those first!

I am getting the word out because those products along with enzymes and others listed in the post, have Changed my life. It is my believe that from candida will come more severe things. I did not realize what I had at 23, I just knew doctors weren't cutting it out of me! I believe it is the candida that turned into Psoriatic Arthritis (and nail, aka candida nail)

I suggest to all that may have candida to focus all energy on containing it. I am thankful for stopping it now, but man I went through hell.
