I've been doing earthing on an off for nearly 9 months. I enjoy it sometimes, it feels great when connecting to the ground. Other times it makes very uncomfortable and restless as it removes magnesium from my body. Has anyone experienced discomfort from earthing?
How can I tell it's magnesium? Firstly my body gets more tense and curls up; Secondly magnesium sulphate has no taste after, and I can take in loads; thirdly avoidance of calcium food as mg/ca ratio drops and finally craving for chocolate.
I've got adrenal fatigue and need at least a teaspoon of
Sea Salt a day to feel ok. Strangely, when I wake up feeling bad from earthing, my adrenals are hurting the most. Not sure if it's an earthing thing or caused by adrenal fatigue and not being able to hold onto magnesium?
I'm looking to get into the countryside and test it out overnight. There could be electrical contamination on my earthing line, but I'm not co vinced, as everywhere I use it, it eventually has this effect.
