I am committing to just urine and water and for the most part was fine staying at home the first few days to adjust. but being shut-in was getting to me.
I want to find ways to make staying on the fast less strenuous while I'm out.
my tools so far:
1. collapsible cup (@ rei)
2. good water bottle with sport top so drinking is easy.
hurdles:
1. when water runs out
I want to avoid spending $, but if I must for water, I guess its not so bad. better than going without.
any tricks that have helped you?
