I walk daily with my dog for about 20 minutes.. tried a sitz bath last saturday.. but not sure if I did it correctly..
boiled some lemon grass and guava leaves on a pot of water...put 1/2 the boiled water on the tub.. sat on it.. the other half I used to steam my both (am covered with blanket).. when the water gets cooler.. I add more of the boiled water.. stayed like that for 30 minutes..
will try to do this again tmrw. and probably walk longer at the nature reserve and try to walk barefoot in the grass..
oh by the way, finally after 2 weeks of being delayed.. my menstruation is just flowing nicely now.. though PMS still there...
bought fruits for the family's breakfast tomrw
- bananas
- papaya
- dragon fruit
- 10 navel oranges (no more pomelos)
for dinner tmrw, I will have
grated zucinni with fresh sauce made from capsicum and roma tomatoes (will blend it)..w
will prob take some video clips as we are heading to the local market tomorrow to buy my favorite fruits (nut usually available in groceries)

- mangosteen
