Hi guys,

I have been reading a lot of the posts here and trying some of them out. I read that essential oils for homemade deodorant was good but it didn't work for me. So now I am trying to cut eating red meat and processed food and Sugar and I also start taking probiotics and multivitamins and eating more vegetables especially spinach I make a smoothie in the morning. I guess it's trail and error and I am also just reading positive and success stories. I have a dr appointment in a week and I will let you guys know how it goes. One more thing I also noticed that I smell when I go outside weird smell and also if I go places or people homes that smell I come out smelling just like that place. So weird have any of you guys experienced this?
Just taking it one day at a time and thinking positive and praying.
