One REALLY good thing would be daily skin brushing. I'm sure you'll find good posts on it with a search. Important to have the right brush, and to stroke towards the heart...
Another is (said to be) rebounding. (with a small home rebounder) I've never liked it--it feels jarring to me.
Of course, daily walking, at a fairly rapid pace--when you get the added benefit -if you are outside in nature- of recharging yourself also--which will do a lot.
Then there are certain types of fruit or veg. which are especially cleansing to lymph. (I'm not an expert in this)
I would google this on youtube; and you're bound to come up with some good guiding ideas.

Consider that you need the other avenues of elimination to be in good working order. The lymph will be the last resort for the body to 'sequester' its toxic burden. So, cleanse and healing of the entire GI tract, the liver, kidneys, lungs...
This should be all natural. Not using any harsh methods, but rather, fixing the terrain. Getting rid of constipation. Lymphatic congestion is a constipation issue.
Making sure to have lots of clean, pure water. Lemon, in water, to dissolve mucus. Check out the Natural Healing forum, for an idea of what really constitutes Natural Healing. It holds a wealth of information.

Almost forget--a far infared sauna, too. Of course natural sun-bathing is also great! It just makes the body work better, in every way. And don't buy the lie of covering up with sunscreen, please. That lie has been partly responsible for a veritable epidemic of vit. D deficiency.
