Thanks Water! I actually found those--and they're good. The one I am still looking for is a big picture post--of what actually goes on inside the colon... still haven't found that one. It shows the diverticulosis pockets, and all--all the stuff that can go wrong; is a many-coloured illustration.

arggh. Water, you've given me tons of good links, and this is one another one!!! It's a bit scary for the absolute beginner--which is what this person is, I'm guessing.

The one I'm *looking for* for her is like something for kids-- :-) It's an illustration, in multicolours, there's not anything "real" like photos of plaque in it; as I recall, the layers of bowel are complete with little cartoon-like critters, and what's esp. good is those pockets---that would hide from the colonoscopy within. It's such a great drawing!

Now I'm wondering if it's from the site thedoctorwithin---since there is a link oft-posted, that is now dead--the page is no longer there. Would be sad, if so. If Uny is looking in, do you remember the page I'm yammering about?
