I feel that you need to go a step at the time. Don’t rush things.
Start by doing a complete cleanse of your bowels. As you progress do a liver flush. Then rest a few days.
Then think about doing a kidney/bladder flush. Meanwhile watch your diet, make sure that you eat a lot of veggies plus some protein. Can be meat, legumes, etc,
Probiotics are very important and start them either during your initial bowel cleanse or very soon after. Minerals and vitamins also fall under this category.
My personal preference is to avoid all laxative cleanse, such as Oxy powder, Dr. Schulze's Bowel Detox, etc. Use enemas frequently and with large volume to do complete cleanse.
