Since I started doing enemas, first with water-only and then with baking soda, I've noticed some effects. One is the fact that my poo now sinks. In the past it always floated. The other is the fact that my gums seem to bleed less since I've been doing baking soda enemas. The bleeding became less the day after I started with the baking soda, so I don't think it was a coincidence, but I can't really explain why it happened. I won't complain though.
The first time I did a baking soda enema, I felt some die-off, but now I don't feel very much. I'm wondering if I should be feeling die-off if the enemas are working. Should I be concerned that the enemas aren't working or is this typical?

I think you should do the water enemas longer first like Dvjorge did, then after a couple of months add the Nystatin or baking soda. I'm keen to try the water enemas, but is it best to do them first thing in the morning after a bowel movement or do them in the evening. I normally have my bowel movement in the evenings. I wouldn't give up Eric, keep going with them. This may take months to acheive what Dvjorge did with the enemas. Keep going. - Re: baking soda enemas and die-off princeofsin

This is a reply to # 1,970,717Baking soda given to me by a friend which probably came from a package written in Japanese with many Chinese characters I can't read. My friend is a nutritionist with heavy metal problems as well, so I hope she got baking soda which doesn't have any questionable additives.
I can definitely feel a small amount of die-off and can see the yellow yeast liquid in the enema. I'm just not sure if a small amount of die-off is typical, or if I should be expecting more.
I wonder if the nature of the enema might help to reduce die-off, since I think a lot of die off is your body's reaction to the yeast alcohol released while the yeast is being affected by a yeast killer. The enema could help to flush at least some of the liquid out before your body can react to it. Of course, I'm only guessing.
