Baking soda given to me by a friend which probably came from a package written in Japanese with many Chinese characters I can't read. My friend is a nutritionist with heavy metal problems as well, so I hope she got baking soda which doesn't have any questionable additives.
I can definitely feel a small amount of die-off and can see the yellow yeast liquid in the enema. I'm just not sure if a small amount of die-off is typical, or if I should be expecting more.
I wonder if the nature of the enema might help to reduce die-off, since I think a lot of die off is your body's reaction to the yeast alcohol released while the yeast is being affected by a yeast killer. The enema could help to flush at least some of the liquid out before your body can react to it. Of course, I'm only guessing.
