I'm taking quite a few things right now because I am dealing with some crazy health issues with my glands all caused by multiple brown recluse bites.
Right now I take
Iodine first thing in the morning 5;30 or 6am, again at 10am and at 2pm.
500mg serrapeptase with 2 tablespoons olive oil & fresh garlic and lemon about 30 to 60 minutes later. (on empty stomach)
As much detox tea as I want through out the day. (nettle, milk thistle, dandelion root, burdock root, cleavers herb and lemon myrtle.) Sometimes I put ginger in it if I am feeling cold.
other supplements:
2,000mg vitamin C
2oomg riboflavin
1,000mg niacin
400mg selenium
100mg vitamin K2
Depending on how I feel and muscle test I may take 30mg of zinc/300mcg copper and 200mcg of chromium.
Those are split in half taken with breakfast an lunch.
Coconut oil, 3 to 6 tablespoons
Real salt, 1 to 3 teaspoons
split up through out the day.
400mg magnesium
1,000mg vitamin D3
before bed.
Sometimes I take different herbs but my ND said to take a break from them now as I am just starting the iodine. The dosage will go up and down a few times no doubt before I settle on a maintenance dose.
diet: no sugar, no grains, no dairy and no caffeine. =)
I know that seems like a lot but it does fit quite easily into my life. I have gotten so much healthier over the last two years but nothing helped the FBD till I started iodine.
