Does anyone else come across these little pods? I've found them in my sheets, shower floor, washcloth, ... What's most interesting is the different colored fungal filaments coming from pods that look alike. What makes the color difference?

Is this an agrobacterium morg mode of transmission just like other burrs in nature, or is this a common pod and I'm turning this place into Sci-Fi Central!

  Googled WIKI/nematodes and found there is a carnivore fungus that eats nematodes, mini-worms so ubiquitous they are found deep in South African gold mines. Wonder if this is one of those carnivorous fungi. Wonderful pictures, thanks for posting and I hope you can provide some kind of scale. Photographing on a dime, perhaps? Can you try some betterhealthguy-type enzymes or EnzyMedica mixed enzymes to see if any digest this weird fungi? Blessings!

    You can see them okay with the naked eye, but don't really notice the filaments without the microscope.

      Nice pics of the fungi. I found a great website with all the fungi we all suffer from on it. There are so many. It is amazing we can even breath with all these molds/fungi everywhere. :(
      I've only gotten the Lab to say they are saprophytic fungi not yet what kind but they plan on letting it grow out using their protocol to see if any other fungi/yeast come on it. About half way down on this page

      there is an ear one that my sister says is so annoying her. I'm glad they have not gotten up my nose or into my ears yet. I've started the 2 cups of bleach per night in my bath for 5 nights. My skin is feeling awesome and looking good after just one bath. I run the fan so I don't pass out from the fumes haha

  Hi, Clew. Yep, I've had these muthas in my face for about a year. I went through a later stage with these dry, brown seed pod-like things coming out of my lower legs, too. It looked like I'd been in the woods, from the look in the foot of my car.
  Believe it or not, but a tiny, bean sprout type thing began to grow on my ear lobe and it was GREEN and my dermo saw it. HA!
  Says he's seen it before, with herpes simplex 2. Nice, huh? I'm pretending now that I'm a normal person. Guess I just need to act like a nice werewolf and stay at home during dull moons.

    Lately I haven't had any of these type pods but do have a lot of grit coming through.
    
    Hmm do you think the pods are exclusive to Herpes 2? At least your dermo can't call you crazy... We could all probably grow a garden!
