I've been reading a lot about tretinoin being very helpful in removing or "unclogging" fordyce spots on the lips.

I have fordyce spots on the upper part of my upper lip where ec is NOT present. While i am currently trying my best to leave them alone I was wondering what people's thoughts were on applying a small amount of tretinion on my fordyce spots to see if does infact "unclog" them and possibly allow more flow natural moisture to at least my upper lip
