Hello,
I'm really struggling with this methylation cycle. I find it hard to find where my problem in the cycle may be.
My protein tolerance per meal is like 9g (less than 3 slices of bread alone). After eating carbs, fats I tend to get pimples or some itchiness on my rashes - that appear from foods that have more than 9g of protein. And my sensitive skin is also irritated by chemicals, moulds, dust, (breathing problems/asthma)
sulfites , chlorides.
Furthermore I have Scoliosis, osteoporosis, memory/concentration problems, maybe jaundice (yellowed skin), stopped growth.
I am unable to get any tests as I'm waiting for specialists appointments for months. All I have is high iGe levels.
With SAMe, TMG, Methyl-B12, Zinc, Cod liver oil overall well-being improved. But my tolerance is not rising.
The worst part is that every time my tolerance rises and I eat something that is above that tolerance level It gets even worse than it was before the rise. And my healing of skin, wounds takes weeks. (even though I eat a lime each day).
Supplementing NAC gave me a rash. (good supp, veg caps)
L-Methionine (Heart began to hurt and fatigue)
Selenium - adds up to reaction.
Reaction to simple B complex.
Thiamin 100mg 1x a day = new rash all over my chest.
Even a tsp of L-Glutamine powder gives me a bad rash.
Weirdly enough Serine/choline/inositol supplement doesn't feel good.
And the most dangerous are sulfur foods - Garlic, broccoli, meats, fish, dairy, nuts, seeds... (red wine (major rash cause))
Am I not mistaking, could all this be because of partial block in the methylation cycle?
