This may or may not be helpful:
Having taken MMS for many years, I'd personally skip the MMS and go straight to CDS(Chlorine Dioxide Solution) if applicable. Which is very(very) easy to make now. However, I also recognize that some conditions may work with CDS in the same way they do with MMS and so I wouldn't want to given any misleading advice to that effect. ie. my sister who has been struggling with parasites for almost a year now explained that the CDS doesn't seem to help, whereas MMS works. And so in her case, CDS the isn't as helpful as MMS. However, in other cases(such as my own), CDS has proven to be sufficient to stop my bone infection from causing pain and sickness. Which is likely where the Chlorine Dioxide makes its way into the blood stream. Aside from that, the main advantages of CDS over MMS are; no nausia, fatigue, pH imbalance etc.
On the topic of sodium hypochlorite, I have no experience of knowledge on this I'm afraid. Perhaps someone else here can chime-in with something on this.
Hope this helps.
