i have no idea. probably 4 grams 3 times a day would be my guess. thats a lot of iodine. its definitely Iodide and not elemental. about 3 grams of elemental, give or take, would kill a person through the massive oxidative stress.

i love that chart. it confirms to me once again that 100mg is the minimum daily dose for nutrition. larger doses as needed(iodide only).

KI alone is a good daily nutrient. elemental is necessary for gaining full sufficiency and for many therapies. taking both in effective forms is a really good idea.

i switch to SSKI 2% with magnets this morning. i will stay on that for a while and see how it goes. still at ten drops but i may cut back even more. now that i have a real radiation detector i feel a little more confident in backing down from the 13 drops i was doing. the hill country here outside of austin is so much cleaner that dallas.
