Hello I have these two tinctures and need help with doses.It tastes awful wish I had tablets.I think I have omoebas and have already done a cleanse with para gone but they came back right after.So Im doing the hulda cleanse and it seems you only take 2 tsp once a week after taking small drops for 6 Days.I need to get this cleared it has been 4 month battle.Could I take the Black-Walnut one dropper 3 times a day or does it have to be in one single dose.This stuff is gross.Thanks
