This may be off-topic but I think it's connected with my liver and I just completed my 7th or 8th
Liver Flush (I've lost count)
I have this very, very specific spot that's about 1" below my right ribs and about 1 1/2" to the right of my navel. When I gently press on this spot and imperceptibly move my finger, stimulating the spot, I feel tremendous relief and hear gurgling and squirting in my gut. It feels like something is trapped that gets released when I press on this spot. This has been going on for well over a year. If I feel bloated, I lay down and press my "spot". Sometimes it takes as much as half an hour before the spot "opens up" and whatever it is starts to pass, and I hear and feel the gurgling. Often I fall asleep at night with my finger pressing my "spot". (please, no pornographic references here!)
So - what part of my anatomy is this? I've asked several doctors and nobody seems to have an answer.
My feeling is that it's my gallbladder or liver or a bile duct and I'm stimulating something that is releasing bile. But I don't know for sure. I don't know if what I'm feeling is bile or gas. My mainstream doctor says it's the hepatic flexor and that I have "hepatic flexor syndrome". But I have my doubts.
Today, after this
Liver Flush my "spot" is more active than usual. As long as I press on it I get constant gurgling. When I stop, I get a stopped up feeling.
Anybody know?
