I had a few white hairs 40 years ago, I can remember because one of my nieces used to pull them out. Last summer my temples were silver and had some white on top.
All brown now, the beard is unchanged//// correction - I just looked and there seems to be brown underneath.

I've eaten raw zero carbohydrate/raw paleo for almost 4 years, then started Iodine protocol last summer, full power Iodine with Magnascent and SSKI last November.
