Hi all,
Iam a male 28 yrs old, I had been suffering from IBS right from the age of 22 and all these years I had seen lot of doctors and done all kind of "moneygrabbing"scopies but no dr ever could give
a remedy, some said its ulcer and some said its just my mental problem. It took 4 years for me to know wats the name of the disease iam suffering from. few months back at my home town chennai in india, I opted for alternative medicine in "Madras Homeo Pharmacy" the dr. K.V.Swamy, this pharmacy is there from 1962 and I took medicines from them. Intially i was asked to minimize spicy food, I could see the differnce right from 1st week of my medication. Right now I feel Iam almost out of the trouble and free in my diet.
I know the terrible sufferings of IBS and remember how i struggled to be socialised, Often i was running to spot toilets near by and avoiding most of the foods. Now i feel relieved about this.

I took the treatment from an alternative medicines. I was given 3 bottle of pills and One bottle of tonic with prescibed dosages. I dont think you would find this in normal pharmacies. This is Bio-chemical and homeopathy medicines(try in google to learn more). This makes you stools bulk which inturn reduces diarhea and indigestion and after the first week of medication bowel movement started to become regular. The good thing about this is its after the first month of medication you are free with your diet and be normal.
Jason, this pharmacy is at Chennai, India. If you think Iam marketing about some product, you are wrong. I was all these years trying desperate for a solution for this problem and now when i see a cure, i want to help the people who suffer like i did.
Right now Iam workin in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Iam an indian national and Chennai in India is my home town. If you want i will give you the phone no of the pharmacy. But I dont know whether it would be helpful for u.

Actually I dont think jason took the treatment. She was talking about some other appointment with some other doctor.

Papaya and pineapple for one..which have natural digestive enzymes
Yogurt which has probiotics
oats like in fresh granola
and peppermint and cammomile tea
Anything else you could add from your knowledge or experience??

I am 28 yrs living in Gurgaon near delhi. I have been suffering from IBS for last 4 years and till now i've tried all kinds of treatments and now i've almost given up. I've even tried homeopathic for 9 months, but of no use. Many doctors told me that IBS is not curable.
My condition has become very pathetic. I lost all my confidence. I am socially unacceptable and I can't concentrate on work also.
