If you've done the procedure properly, i,e have a clean colon for transit (from using the epson x 2 the evening of the flush) and then use the epson again in the morning, I think you should feel pretty certain that you've cleared the toxins and stones. But if you've ever experienced any constipation or are new to this procedure I actually think its more important to have a clear colon BEFORE you attempt a flush by doing a bowel cleans or a colonic irrigation as you have suggested BEFORE flushing.

Great...this is the advice I was looking for, because colonics are about 100 dollars where I live.
