Here's a post that I made a couple of months ago in this forum. Meditation can cure anxiety, PTSD and many other ills. There are numerous meditation techniques out there and I use the one that recognizes that I and everyone else on the Planet is an eternal spirit (that bright light in the center of your head) and that grounding and centering brings the real you into your body while releasing things that are not you. Recordings might get you started, but you don't need them to meditate daily for at least a half hour at a time.

I've practiced juicing and juice fasting a lot but have never found it to be beneficial for anxiety.
