I practice urine therapy on a daily basis through ingestion. Yet regarding "joint pain" - particularly in the legs and feet, first think that I would ask is your BMI (body mass index). I've had both knees replaced and while initially I was only about 10 pounds overweight, my doctor thought I was too heavy for the knee replacement to be beneficial. (I have since lost about 20 pounds.) For every pound of body weight one has, it puts and extra four pounds of pressure on knees and foot joints too.
If you're not overweight, then good for you and ignore my post.
