I have cfs, leaky gut and mcs. After going through hell with washing tablets and powders, i started using soap nuts. However I read that the saponin in soap nuts can damage intestinal mucosa and so have stopped using it. i may have even reacted to it although I am not sure.

Anyway can you name a few or one powder/liquid that will actually work for me?

is there really something that leaves no residues in clothes? If so then these products should leave no smell either.
