I am starting my fast today, I quit smoking 9 mo ago and I need to lose weight now. Any fasting buddies would be awesome. I weigh 146 and am 5 '7 . I would like to get down to 125. So I may have to do a bit longer on the fast. I want to see visible abs. I lift weights 4 days a week already and have been for 3 months but cant get rid of my stomach ... So here I go ,, day one. I will report tomorrow here and let ya know what I lose on my first day : ) Wish me luck...
