Are there ways to decrease or even stop pineal gland calcification? I am not sure if there are any scientific studies on the matter, but the ancient practice of "sun gazing" is said to have a decalcification effect on the pineal gland. Simply gaze directly at the sun for a few minutes either a half hour after sunrise or before sunset and is considered the ONLY time it's safe to look at the sun! I thought it sounded crazy at first, but I do this everyday now and I have not become blind- quite the opposite actually!

:-) Doesn't matter which ear, but you have to be using stereo headphones. Basically, (as I understand it, not an expert) you are trying to get your brain to resonate a particular natural frequency. This is hard for us to do because of all the electropullution and RF crap bombarding us.

So if 200 htz plays in one ear, and 207 htz in the other, the brain will compensate by resonating 7 htz (I think this is earth's resonance?) or whatever frequency you're trying to achieve.

The science looks reasonable to me, and I've already stated that I had an immediate response to some of the tunes.

Some didn't do anything and some were absolutely unbearable.

I've read that you can become dependent on binaural beats and, therefore, they weren't suggested... Go figure.

I think you would need to be focusing and meditating on your purpose also, this is just supposed to train you. It just puts your brain in the correct frequency so you can concentrate on making headway in whatever area. I don't think a "high" is what this is about.

I'm working on my manifestation skills and also reconnecting with repressed psychic abilities (told by my family too many times it was "satanic" to be able to see the future, go out of the body, etc). My abilities have come back on their own with a vengeance lately.
