Yes, I see on page 9 something posted about a Teri different spelling of last name. Posted by unregistered guest. Didn't take the time to read any of the other pages. I am guessing if she did something wrong & scammed people out of money she would be sued, etc. I really don't put too much into a post like this unless they have a court doc or some sort of evidence. Anyway, let me know if you find facts, that's what I would want to see, know what I mean?

What I see & hear when I listen to all these tapes are how many people are so very desperate for help. Financial or legal. You can hear it in their voices. They want to believe Tim, Drake or someone will save them. Only the American people can save themselves. Until we push back this is only going to get worse I fear.

Now this is not from Teri or Drake but from someone else involved with this movement. I hope you find it of interest

The real revolution begins with the training & education of your mind

On April 6th, we are going to have a conference call to try to focus on a series of events. I will explain this more as we move along.

For many of us, there have been 2 years of work put in to the RuSA law form. That has not provided any return that was expected.

Others, are looking for closure, in such a way, for those that may come after us, will know that we have tried to work out our differences. Of our understanding of our own perceptions of what the correct interpretation of the law form we find in the Constitution. In contrast to perceptions of the Constitutions and law form, Tim Turner and upper management of Nation have chosen for us.

What is difficult to understand from listening to senate calls, how boggled my mind becomes, when trying to analyze the reasons why many have gone along with the leaders of the house, senate and ethics committee and other various committees. Making commitments on our behalf. With what seems like, for all practical purposes, unlawful and unconstitutional decisions.

This is the basis of what the discussion has been, regarding the mental & emotional abyss/betrayal that arisen from the relationship with RuSA. The unlawful direction and decisions made by Tim Turner & associates in Nation.

Back to my mind being boggled. If I had an immediate wish list. It would be this. For all those that are still following Tim Turner & associates in Nation, to please teach us what it is you think is being done wrong. Or at least explain it in a lawful sense. To be backed up with a description of the Constitutional ethics, that you believe we have misapplied, to bring us where we are today.

Please refer to, the chapter and verse in the Constitution, you think was the reason many have been ejected, rejected and dejected from Nation, House & Senate calls. Please include the various states where Tim Turner and associates have gone into a state and usurped existing officers, while unlawfully nurturing a secondary group to take over.

I would like to hear from those that either have voted when they were asked, regarding the standing of various individual men & women and states. Or seriously gave their permission when not speaking up to the powers that be, when in conversation with Turner or associates.

Perhaps your these types of actions were, to go along, was to get along. I would be curious what the number of accomplices that support that level of ethics. They know in their heart of hearts they can not give a lawful reason as to why, they felt that they were too new to the environment and just didn’t want to upset the apple cart. Or you could be intimidated because of holding some ulterior motive not based on Constitutional ethics.

Then there appears to be a number of those that actually trust Tim Turner and associates to the point that they feel they are inferior in intelligence to them. They just do not have the will to find out for themselves. They seem to want to leave the serious problems/issues to someone else that they feel are more intelligent. So to them, if it sounds bad, then, it just has to be bad, because they said so.

Even though many of those are in their positions, were told that they needed someone to merely fill a position. To be a token senator or house rep. A ‘Place Holder’. And then you, wanting to keep your cool. Like they say, if you think your about to show people your stupid, do not say anything to prove it.

It is now, that we need you the most. It is now we need you to think. To use your mind, to help us solve the riddle of the ages regarding man and his ability to self govern. To maintain the ability to be inside directed. To acquire and hone the skill of being able to understand, self-evident truth.

Please take the time and re-read the Constitution. At least the organic one. To take the time to get a handle on the history of events that have led up to where we find ourselves today. Which seems to have the appearance of an ‘us & them’ mentality. Positioned at cross purposes.. Read the Constitution in the frame of mind that the Constitution was created to bind the government to the point that it does not invade inherent rights of anyone.

Now, what exactly is the truth?

We need to know. We would like everyone’s help in accomplishing this. I believe that the truth still exists, that we are not working at cross purposes. Our unspoken goals are still alive and well. Among all of us.

Even though are goals are all based on self-evident truth, many of us have relented to our fate. That Tim is going about re-seating the republic, in an entirely unlawful manner.

TIm has a hidden agenda. He has not been entirely forthcoming in all his plans. Which is why he is suspected of misrepresentation and his reason for ignoring lawful Constitutional ethics in the decisions of shunning certain individuals from the Republic and undermining the operations of various states.

Many of you that remain, have ignored these facts, perhaps for the following reasons.

1.) You trust Tim Turner. Even though he may make mistakes. You still trust him. You may feel as though, ‘truth’, just hasn’t worked out for you in the past. So, you decided to stick with Tim and his leadership.

2.) Your new in your position. So, to get along is to go along until you can understand where you need to stand. And that is giving you the benefit of the doubt. That you want to know the truth.

3.) Others have a resonance with Tim, due to the theocratic ideas Tim holds in regards to religion. They believe in his concepts regarding religion and ecclesiastical concepts he would like to lead people with.

4.) You believe that Tim will get his funding and your holding on for payday.

There may be a few more. Yet others may need to mix and match. At this point, I am working to encourage an honest discussion with those that remain. Please allow me this time, to at least prime the pump.

In observation, none of the reasons above have anything whatsoever to do with the Constitution. It is with understanding that the full implications of your reason to support Tim, that comes under question.

It is my understanding that we were all brought together for one reason. Ultimately, it was the Constitution. From the beginning to the end. Regardless of what a love fest they all thought it was in Utah, Ultimately, it was the Constitution. It was the primary belief in the Constitution that gave us the reason to forgo fear and distrust. To learn to forgive again, “Yes”, to start over again.

Many of us feel taken advantage of.

Another reason for using the Constitution is the very fact that we have at-one-ment by following words that we have agreed on. We are not there to follow anyone. We are not being brought together because the carrot we seek is rich enough to please us. We can only be there to see the words as they have been written, played out, in what should be called, self-evident truth in our ability to self govern ourselves.

Where did anyone vote on Tim Turner’s law form. Where is that documentation? Does anyone even know what this law form looks like? Can anyone tell me what is it is?

It just seems like, that people will say it is a law form, that no one can read, touch or feel. It is not a law form like the Constitution. You can read that. However, some law form that nobody knows about.

How can you talk about a law form that no one can read? Or allow them to judge for themselves, if no one can even read it?

Let me say that one more time. “No one can read this so called ‘law form’!” It can only lead to the next question. So how can it be a law form, if no one can read it? If your talking about the bible, it is not in the format that our Constitution is. Plus, it can only be your opinion when it is not written down in the form of a law. Even then, it needs to be digested and understood.

Some how, we missed it from the beginning. I believe that we all let it slip through the cracks. We got stuck with it, not realizing that it would have actually be called upon to unseat state officials.

However, Tim did use about 30 mins on the call reciting:
“Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 U.S. 2 Dall. 419 419 (1793)”.

Let’ listen to parts of that conversation on 11-27-2011. Point that I started at, was about 50 mins into the call, where James Wright is stating his positions. Then you’ll hear the conversation continue where they are finally in agreement that Texas is still in the republic. And has been, from the beginning.

You will also hear somewhere near the beginning (39:29mins) of the mixed/edited/trimmed call, that TIm Turner makes the comment that they had to change the Utah document by making another one. Or as he explains, ‘another one, that congress approved’. It becomes a significant part of the discussion. There is no mistake, that he admits to that act.
