Jeremiah writes of pollution of the word of God by some of the pharoses. Paul wrote one of his books based on reply to this. Paul teaches all that is needed for salvation is faith. Jesus said same.

In Jeremiah 31:33 God says the law will be written in the hearts and minds of people, and then they will become Gods people.
It is good to have Gods word close by.
I had a continuous audio play of the ot and nt on cds. All I could find online for free was chapter by chapter play. Chapter is great too.

We all need times of refreshing. Cleaning out the garbage of our lives and laying it all at the feet of Jesus. I find that to be true, spiritually as well as physically and mentally.
It's an ongoing process that we all should strive for with the help of the Holy Spirit.
As to your "Let no man take thy crown"....I agree and add...."Behold, I come quickly"
