Its been about a week and my skin is clearing up and my hair is more shinny. I took deadly drugs like accutane to get rid of my acne and still came back. Now if only i knew this it would have saved me years of misery.

Also my hair is more shinny, i stopped deodrants and washing my hair since u said it caused my grey hairs. It has been a absolute revalation. I have told my whole family and they are noticing differences in themselves aswell.
