I react badly to onions, garlic and NAC and i want to go on a low sulfur&sulfite diet to reduce the sulfur pool, already suplementing with moly&B12. But I saw a lot of lists with low sulfur foods that contradict each other. All I got so far is buckwheat, potatoes didn't quite understood if they have a moderate sulfur content?? , fruits???, egg yolk or egg white is reach in sulf? (sulfur aminoacids)
