Hay hv, what do you think is the best way to test intestinal transit time? I just took 5 grams or so of activated charcoal so will see if that works... (tried beetroot the other day which did nothing) any other suggestions? thanks bye

You are not going to find any real accurate way. Transit time can vary greatly depending on what is ingested. High fiber or oil for example can speed up transit time. High protein can slow it down.
