not exactly sure, but i have taken about 30 or more doses of 4 drops of Lugol's with no response at all until a few days ago, when i got a rash on my abdomen and arm. i will take another dose soon to test out if it was the Iodine or not.
i have never stuck with it because something else always seems to come up or i have been frustrated with no results.
one time some black goo came out of my ear but i can't be sure it was the iodine.
the stomach rash gives me some encouragement because it is right over an area of known problems.
not that i'm complaining at all but is there anything to minimize the rashes if it is the Iodine causing it?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,917,870It is quite common to feel good or nothing for a period of time. some people never have any noticeable detox signs.....this doesn't mean it isn't working.
you could have a symporter defect or an organification problem as t2t is alluding to the later....B2/3 will fix that one, vitamin C will fix symporter defect.
4 drops of 5%? or 2%
you can always up you dose if you want to push the detox.

This is a reply to # 1,918,224I can remember not feeling anything in the beginning but lots of wonderful sleep. Then I became a good for nothing when detox hit. Since I've been doing this for a few years I think (for me) it doesn't do much at first but then kicks in really hard after a few days.
