If any of you have the misfortune of purchasing a zapper from Don Croft, please note that if you send it to him for repair he just might send it back in working order, but the exterior will probably be damaged.

He asked for $10 but I gave him $20 just in case. He burned the plastic with the solder iron in the process and never mentioned it in an email to me. When I brought this to his attention he blamed me for it because he claimed it was so damaged. All it needed were 2 new screws for the switch, wire connection and a penny adjustment.

After receiving it back from him and voicing my complaint over the condition of the zapper, I asked for $10 back and he said in essence, "sorry you're dissatisfied".

Let the buyer beware, the man has no integrity.
