Thanks James, and I understand about the unavailable winter herbs. The DLPA actually has kicked in nicely, although now she's dealing with oxycodone withdrawal and a strange pain in an area that is not affected by the cancer at all.

The DLPA will help with the oxycodone withdrawal as well by increasing the body's production of dopamine.

The strange pain could be a lot of things.  There is not enough information to go on.

I guess any leftover pain now is due to withdrawal and especially due to scar tissue around the rib area. She takes nattokinase, serrapeptase, ginger, plus the dan shen that's available within your cardiovascular tonic. Is there anything else you can think of for breaking down the scar tissue?

Not really.  Scar tissue contains fibrin, which is what things like nattokinase and dan shen break down.  It takes quite a long time to do this though.
