Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) which is a chronic pain condition. The key symptom of CRPS is continuous, intense pain out of proportion to the severity of the injury, which gets worse rather than better over time. CRPS most often affects one of the arms, legs, hands, or feet. Often the pain spreads to include the entire arm or leg. Typical features include dramatic changes in the color and temperature of the skin over the affected limb or body part, accompanied by intense burning pain, skin sensitivity, sweating, and swelling. Doctors aren’t sure what causes CRPS. In some cases the sympathetic nervous system plays an important role in sustaining the pain. Another theory is that CRPS is caused by a triggering of the immune response, which leads to the characteristic inflammatory symptoms of redness, warmth, and swelling in the affected area.

Hardly anyone knows anything about the lymphatic system and the absolute importance of it. Basically the blood brings nutrition to the cells and the lymph takesd away their trash (metabolic waste products). Incorrect diet (including dairy and too much meat) allows the lymph fluid to become congested which can allow inflamation and pain in the most stagnated areas. A magnetic pulser helps to get the lymph moving again so that things return to normal. But without correct diet change a recurrence of symptoms will happen down the road.

I'd venture to say that in a forum named "RSD Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy" people probably know what RSD means

Thank you for going to the trouble of posting this so that it might help others. RSD can result from an IV that didn't get changed fast enough also.

I hope she will have gotten permanent relief, and I hope you will eventually post what did happen. Even if not permanent, sounds like even temporary relief in a case such as you describe is a huge achievement.
